 In all such instances,  I am brought on as an independent contractor consultant to the team. As such, I am bound by the standard confidentiality, privilege, non-circumvent, fiduciary, and non-disclosure rules and clauses that apply. Assignment terms options include  day by day; fixed term; open ended or on as needed retainer basis.
