We only practice Immigration law. We do not take on any non-immigration cases. We also do not accept every immigration case. Our client base is selective and our policy is to take on cases where we feel we have the expertise to be of help. We have a high standard of service and ethics that we practice and live by. Our practice focus is on Corporate, Business, Professional and Investor based visa and immigration related issues.

Prior to discussing your case with us, we encourage you to bring or send all the documents that may be relevant to your situation. Since our initial consultation is limited by time, we encourage you to make as many meaningful visa related documents and information available to us at the earliest opportunity.

Our initial consultation with you is always at a special reduced rate. The amount is refundable in certain situations. We also have standard hourly consultation rates for people who need to discuss their issues with us in greater depth or on an ongoing basis or need us to review a high volume of detailed documents.  Clients have the option of retaining our services on an hourly or on a fixed fee basis. Please note that we do not practice on a contingency basis.
